COURSE DESCRIPTION AND AIMS
Basic knowledge and experience about nutrition, as well as the impact of lifestyle and how to manage it in patients. Skills for preparing a balanced healthy menu, knowledge of different diets, what risks and benefits they have on human health.
COURSE CONTENT:
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students who complete this course:
1) will know:
- What the main macro- and micronutrients are
- What affects nutrition, sleep and stress have on health
- What a balanced healthy diet includes
- What the most popular diets are, what the risks and what are the health benefits are
2) will be able to:

Prepare a healthy balanced menu for their patients /clients
- To help manage the stress and sleep of their patients /clients
- Recognize underlying conditions /diseases /disorders to refer patients /clients to a specialist
Tutor: Dr. Angelina Nedyalkova, MD
The courses lasts 12 hours /online/
Tuition fee: 100 Euro.
The course will be held with a group of 7 people.
